The very name of this small village tells an ancient and fascinating story: in local tradition, the term "nosuggio" refers to the delightful and crunchy walnut paste that remains in the press after extracting the precious oil.

In addition to sensory pathways, the company is a true forge of genuine flavors and passionately carries on the production of zero-kilometer excellence: from fragrant saffron to traditional walnut oil, passing through honey, apple cider vinegar, and rustic corn flour. The Paths: Choose Your Experience

1. (C)alma: The slowness that nourishes the soul

The company offers three main paths, each with a special focus to awaken the senses:

• A journey to rediscover the value of slow time, made up of small gestures and natural transformations.
• Participants learn that calm is not absence, but a space that nurtures and transforms.
• Among the proposed experiences: mysterious seeds are planted in pots, water is gently colored with flowers, and one is cradled by the sounds of the forest in a circle.

2. Friends of the Hive: The Extraordinary World of Bees

• A journey to understand the secrets of the hive, made of collaboration, buzzing, and sweetness.
• The experience allows you to observe the movement of insects up close and in complete safety through an educational beehive.
• The journey engages all the senses: from the guided tasting to associate the various types of honey with their flower origins, to observing the honey extraction and the tactile manipulation of natural wax.

3. The Invisible Music: Listening with the Heart

• Have you ever thought that plants sing? This sensory journey focuses on the magical world of aromatic plants.
• With blindfolded eyes, players try to recognize herbs through touch and smell, then creating their own scented sachet.
• The most exciting moment is listening to the secret "voice" of nature: thanks to a special instrument that transforms the bioelectric signals of plants into sounds, invisible music becomes real.

Who are the courses aimed at?

These activities originally arise as educational and experiential pathways to amaze children (with programs tailored for the age groups 3-5 and 6-10 years).

However, wonder knows no age: upon request, the Valmastallone Agricultural Company is happy to adapt these workshops for sufficiently large groups of adults as well.
